Katy Perry e Adele fanno razzie agli MTV Video Music Awards, che si sono tenuti questa notte al Nokia Theater di Los Angeles: la prima con tre trofei (quasi tutti nelle categorie più importanti), mentre per l’inglese un trionfo sulle categorie tecniche, nelle quali si aggiudica quattro dei sei premi totali. Sette premi in totale, a conferma che il 2011 è stato il loro anno.
Per gli altri artisti restano soltanto le briciole: Justin Bieber si porta a casa il Best Male Video, Lady Gaga il Best Female Video e il Best Video With A Message, Britney Spears il Best Pop Video e Beyonce il Best Choreography.
