Gli Arctic Monkeys dominano le nomination dell’edizione 2014 degli NME Awards, i premi assegnati dall’affermato magazine britannico che da quest’anno intraprenderà una partnership con la città di Austin, teatro della rassegna SXSW. La band di Sheffield ha ottenuto ben otto candidature, tra cui Best Album, Best Live Band and Best British Band.
E’ possibile votare i vincitori (le votazioni saranno infatti aperte a tutti, e non sono ai lettori) andando già da oggi nella sezione dedicata all’evento del sito di NME. Sarà possibile dare le proprie preferenze fino al 21 febbraio. La serata di gala, nella quale saranno consegnate le ambite statuette, si terrà il 26 febbraio alla Brixton Academy di Londra.
